I’m about to quit for this very reason 😔 It sucks because I love everyone else I work with and I love the job but I can’t stand the stress this one person puts me through and how they treat people. They’ve made me go from being excited to go to work, to absolutely dreading it.

Literally the reason why I left a job. There was horrible favoritism. Pay sucked, managers never showed up. It was awful and then cherry on top being a younger women in leadership getting cussed out at by an older woman below me for no reason.

I’m quitting today….my boss is a mean girl and allows me co workers to be mean girls towards me it wasn’t always like this but once I stood up for myself I became the target, no job is worth your mental health I’m also a mother i need to be happy for my babies ❤️

this is why i try to always be kind. but whyyyyy tf are these groowwwwnnnn ass women being tattle tails to the bosses over things that are literal lies and the cameras prove them. i avoid those specific people but if im met with them i still choose kindness because i know who i am. i am kind. until im given a reason not to be that is
