One thing I learned in my 25 years of living and doing this every time with my friend groups cuz « this one is different » just NEVER EVER EVER EVER INTRODUCE YOUR FRIENDS TO EACH OTHER. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. Don’t care who comes in my life, don’t care how completely different, loyal they are NEVER AGAIN !!

In my opinion, I think you shouldn’t rlly gatekeep your friends and I think it was totally fine for your friend to make friends without you because she might’ve had her own reasons and you don’t have to be invited because they might want to know eachother just the two of them . What’s not okay is for her to be flirting with your ex and making things messy so you did the right choice for cutting her off

Happened to me a few times actually and it’s lowkey sad. I’m happy with my 2-3 besties from different friends group. Lost so many friendships over the years. I’m slowly becoming okay with it. So many messy drama without me being in it :’)

In my experience. Once my classmate introduced me to her friend. But the classmate became toxic and we both cut her off. Then this new friend, introduced me to her best friend. But the friend was draining my energy so i stopped being her friend but im still friends with her bsf 😭😭😭 idk if yall find this weird but i just didn’t like those ppl as time passed!

I’ve experienced this too. now im very selective and careful about mixing my friend groups because i don’t want to go through the same problem again. I love seeing my friends get along with each other, but I just don’t want them to start hanging out without me again🙂🙂
