What you are saying is not automatically true . If you walk into a conference where executives, celebrities, investors, or other influential people are present , and saying you try and stop someone to talk about your business or something ….a lot of them probably won’t pay much attention. They’re busy, they hear a lot of pitches constantly, and they don’t know you yet even with your card and stuffs . The stronger approach is to build your value first, then approach from a position of credibility. As a nail tech eg . Show them few works , build a good social media page with good numbers. These people love good energy . Even if they don’t work with you . First impression matters , and make them value you , raise your own bar …don’t run to them and see them too high than you .
