There's turkey scrapple and beef also. All tasty, especially with syrup. I think the real deciding factor in liking or disliking scrapple is weather or not you're ok with the texture. The taste is usually not the issue.

Scrapple is my absolute favorite breakfast meat. I prefer it sliced thin and cooked well but I’ll eat it any way I can get it. Born and raised in Philly.

put some apple butter, syrup, or ketchup on it. i still don't like it myself but if you grease your skillet real well it makes it slide into the trash faster 😂
