It’s actually a legal concept James that if you are recording audio, photo, or video that are being used to sell a product, endorse a brand, OR GENERATE DIRECT REVENUE you must obtain written consent. If they don’t give you consent you can’t use it. If you do and make a profit without their consent they can’t use it then sue you…..
