Indeed it was Eva, if you remember the moment Eva saw Himeko she said "Nice to see you again" very naturally, but Himeko didn't recognize her because it was Motoko who met Eva... and who is on the Moon? looking at the game...Eva, and she did that to compensate for the game who didn't have winners...

My theory is that this shadow that swapped the curses from Himeko and Motoko is Nihilux. She's still a mysterious character and Evanescia had no reason to participate on those Phantasmoon games since shes the arbiter, and a Abundance emanator.

that someone didn't "cure" the weathering curseee! they transferred the weathering curse to motoko because that's what motoko wished. that's why they also talked about murata hiro because he knew the only way they could survived was to transfer it to another living thing, and it showed that hiro chose to keep it to himself rather giving it to anyone else.

I‘m pretty sure the implication is that it was still „Aha“ just the being/shadow that is behind the mask that is Aha as the shadow did say „let‘s travel the stars again Akivili“ which doesn‘t really make sense for any other character in hsr to say aside Aha as THEY are the character most obsessed with Akivili

put aside on who's the one motoko interacted, she didn't 'cure' it per say, she switched fate (basically taking himeko's curse and transferring it into herself and giving Himeko her form without the curse)
