That wasn’t a 9” round pan. That was enough batter for a 9”x13” easily. I cool mine and with a fork poke holes all over the top. In a saucepan mix 1/2C OJ and 1/2 Packed brown sugar. Drizzle over the cake. THIS Will become your new fave apple cake I promise. ❤️
