except we dont follow insane rules these philosophers made, worship them, “talk to them”, pray to them, or genuinely believe after we die we will go to some paradise and they’ll be there. We just read what they said and open our minds and live however we want. If we don’t agree with their philosophy then we read something else. So really there’s literally nothing common between religion and ancient philosophers

yeah we don't directly follow their ideas now lmao, we have modified it to fit modern life's and only use parts of the ancient wisdom which fits conventional wisdom of now, not the case for religions
