Back in college I was on my schools FSAE team, we ran an Aprilia SXV/RXV 550 V Twin. We had a 3D printed intake manifold on year that promptly exploded after a backfire during tuning. Also, there was a units confusion in the print initially. It had been designed in metric but was printed in inches so it came out 2.5X bigger than the initial design. It became a beer bong.

it will work for a little while but the heat cycles will at the very least cause it to warp maybe even crack and have vacuum leaks everywhere.

Heat has never ever been kind to plastics. They literally make aluminum replacement parts for the crappy plastic stuff from the stuff.
