Back in college I was on my schools FSAE team, we ran an Aprilia SXV/RXV 550 V Twin. We had a 3D printed intake manifold on year that promptly exploded after a backfire during tuning. Also, there was a units confusion in the print initially. It had been designed in metric but was printed in inches so it came out 2.5X bigger than the initial design. It became a beer bong.
