I disagree. I think many Christian’s ask because some behaviours have become so “normal” and when we meet Christ we don’t know what is okay and what isn’t. I get where you’re going with this but I think it’s important to remember that we are all still learning and need guidance too. Asking if something is a sin is not always flirting with it. Sometimes it’s just learning

Funny how God uses metaphors and yet we take the bible Literally. 🤣 It's literary with deeper meaning which people fail to understand .For a lack of knowledge my people shall perish and people FAIL at this so badly learning about other religions and history will open your eyes.

Have to disagree with what this brother is saying. Asking about sin is to gain knowledge and the fear of the lord is the beginning of knowledge. some people might not be sure if what they do is seen as a sin and they will ask so that they can refrain from it. especially a new believer. God instructs us to ask. having a sinful thought is also not a sin until you have decided to act out on that sin. Getting a thought of drinking a beer is not a sin but once you do the action then it is. We need to have a great discernment and asking things to gain knowledge is what expands your level of understanding and discernment among other things.
