manifestation to me always seemed redundant. It strikes me that manifestation work just makes you more mindful of your goals and your wants and you then work towards it. Wether it is consciously or in a subconscious way. I feel like it takes away the agency and puts the onus and then also the reward on "the universe". Not on you. It reminds me of people thanking God, not the surgeon.

I manifested the things I wanted by moving into a state of simply choosing the things that made me feel good until my desire came to fruition. Doesn’t matter how silly or small, after I formed my desires I just focused on the happiest things I could find and, quite quickly, staying in the correct state put me into a frequency to recieve.
