I just had mine yesterday and the worst part was holding my full bladder! And them pushing on my bladder with the ultrasound wand 😵💫 ouch!

Transfer rooms are different depending on the facility. My facility transfer room was the same room that they did the retrieval as the lab is next door to the lab. Transfers are not painful for me but definitely felt some discomfort as my bladder filled up so much out of nowhere right before the transfer was going to happen.

That’s how I felt with my iui. I was so nervous and between the time she put the clamps in me to me sitting up was 2 mins 😂

Mine was uncomfortable just because I took the instruction of having a full bladder a bit too seriously. I had to pee so bad this is what was the worst and made it « painful » the rest was fine !
