Just not true,enemy spawn rate is fixated depending on difficulty,doesn’t change in game.

Enemy number does not change as I know but their aggression and damage change drastically in relation to your skill. This mechanic is called adaptive difficulty.

If you juke everything and dont fight mob enemies, it also stays on lowest difficulty for boss fights
