If you do find a car you like if you go test drive and truly considering it ask to take it home for a few days ride in the back seats, drive it see how you truly like it. If you don’t want to mess with dealership try a car rental and rent it for a few days. I’ve learned the hard way.

Should be allowed to buy a vehicle directly from the manufacturer and save on the two to $3000 delivery cost. Don’t deal with dealerships at all directly from the manufacturer save everybody a lot of money. The dealerships can be a place to where you just have the vehicle service when you have issues that’s what they make money from the manufacturer.

What makes me laugh is when they say they can’t give me numbers without coming in so i send them the pencil from other dealers for less then all of a sudden they have a great deal for me, and a mystery rebate out of thin air. It’s all lies. I wish all companies were like Tesla and salesmen didn’t exist anymore. No markups and added crap to pay their paychecks

Question for you: if I decide to do what you suggest, and they deliver the vehicle, how do I pay them, assuming I pay cash? Am I supposed to write the delivery person a check?
