When you get to Portland, hit Gilberts Chowder House. Its where the fishermen go for breakfast. VERY local...Zero frills but they do have a deck on the waterfront.

you guys should hit one of the many co-ops there way affordable you sit on the ocean i pick your own lobsta & they cook it all up for you .with steamers or muscle corn * potatoes also it's bring your own drinks & i usually bring a salad of some sort have fun thank me later🥰

I use to love getting lobster rolls there. I went a couple of months ago and they were horrible. They were shredded meat with one having a small chunk on top. Looked and tasted like the fake lobster you buy at the store. So disappointing.

I remember when lobster was cheaper that chicken! It was a bountiful season! I lived one block from the working waterfront in Portland.
