I’ll say this. Had knee surgery, it took me forever to find something similar to this. It was a game changer when it came to therapy and range motion. The strap kept the flesh up behind my knee which stopped it from binding. If you’re having knee replacement surgery,get this or something similar. You’ll thank me later
