ok so :
Uv mapping : Don't stress yourself out you juste have to imagine that if ur 3d model was a paper that u want to unfold.
Zbrush : best modeling tool ever, dont try to learn it 100% like blender, u will not and its useless to do that, learn it based on what u want to do right now, generally when u start its more zmodeler, subdivision levels, decimation master, etc, and some basic brushes like pinch etc or custom addon brushes for stitches, but dont try to learn all software its not possible.
Blender Python : just do some actions normally and most of them appears on thr console, u just have to write the base of ur script (and today its even easier with ai) and copy paste the actions u want to do ull learn how to perform better by practicing, i started without any line of py and today i built my own script to create ik/ik spline based on selection, or ik/fk switch for one of my rigs
Blender Geometry nodes : like any one above, just try basics nodes, try to edit them with basic nodes (like extrude for exemple), u will understand how powerful and limitless it is by trying, youtubr tutorials are amazing to learn this, u dont really have to listen the videos u can just try to copy there nodes and try to understand, or copy the ones in forums or google image
Retopology : retopology is the chillest part when u understand how u have to do it, people often try to make the perfect topology directly, u dont have to do it absolutly, u can just make a better base and make it better and better again, for some specific cases like body/faces etc just do the main loops and connect them and subdivide where u need to, also use tools like face project/face nearest and retopology view in blender to have transparent faces in edit mode
