@abbiepowell1: advanced core exercises that continue to humble me!!! just a reminder… you can’t out-train body fat 🔈🔈 a stronger core can improve posture, stability, and how your midsection functions, but if your goal is to reduce the appearance of an overhang, nutrition has to be part of the equation too fat loss comes from creating the right environment through: adequate protein a calorie intake that matches your goals strength training consistency over time and even then, if there is loose skin + scar tissue build up you may full never loose it without surgery. you CAN reduce the appearance through fat loss (like I have)! there isn’t a specific ab exercise that will magically get rid of a C-section overhang, and I think it’s important we stop selling that idea you deserve honest information train your core because it makes you strong fuel your body in a way that supports your goals be patient with your body… it has done something incredible lifting heavy + direct core work + goal-specific nutrition + consistency = real progress!!!
