@sk8tiii: 💪🏻🙌🏻🫶🏻 weightloss is hard af but this is your reminder that motivation and consistency goes a long way. you may get discouraged by the number on the scale but that number does not matter as much as you showing up for yourself every single day!! and also remember that this is YOUR journey.. no one else’s. i was at my highest weight in the first clip and decided a change was necessary for my mental & physical health. i feel better, my mental health is way better, my clothes fit better, and above all that .. i’m so PROUD of myself thus far!! 50 lbs down and a ton more to go!! #weightloss #weightlossjouney
