I can’t imagine the hours the techs work I work at supply house and take the on call phone a lot and when I get 30 calls in a week and it’s just to get parts I can’t imagine how bad it is for all the techs feel bad for them when they come in and they look like they are so over worked 😞

My hubby just got home today. We jumped in the pool right away. He wasn't even in the pool for 10 minutes before he got called back in for an emergency overtime call!🥺

my fiance and I have ran our own business since 2019. We run calls and do installs together while keeping our team going. sometimes we get home at 8pm, try to eat dinner and then get three more calls from high priority customers. dont get home til 1am. summertime is the money maker around here.
