The US is a failed empire and now they want any land grab they can get. People think we are safe in Canada from lunatics down south. We are not. Even a failed attempt means lives lost. People need to be calmly prepared. Not panic buying or jumping into bunkers or anything. But I do have an emergency kit stocked with solar panels, rations, water purification tools, batteries, etc. We have never been in as much danger as we are right now. Safety is something many Canadians have taken for granted.

I guess this is why Saudi Arabia is fast tracking the expansion of its east west pipeline to bypass the need to utilize the Strait of Hormuz. They are currently working with Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar to redirect millions of barrels of crude towards the Red Sea where a terminal can safely transport the crude. The UAE is also working on a pipeline to move crude in a direction that is also not the Strait. All that Iran is doing is destroying the shipping contracts that it has for the strait. If this war continues long enough it will give all parties involved the time to pivot to other ports to transport its crude and leave Iran out.

So I saw a couple of ppl just before yr post showed up describing the US housing market on the verge of collapse. After seeing yrs, I went and checked the delinquency rate in US on mortgages. Yes it is ticking up but it is a blip compared to 2008. Always good to check the data.🥰🥰
