When my brother passed away. October 2024 I was praying and hoping he was ok. I only saw the paramedics back’s working on him. Anyway fast forward to Christmas 2024 me still grieving and sad anyway. Mom got me the Follklore album the Midnights album and TTPD. I played those CDs till they skipped. But “Epiphany” helped me cope with his death because one line in there. I cried when i first heard it and actually listened.

This song has a special place in my heart. My grandfather was in the Marines that landed on Guadalcanal just like Taylor’s. I got him to tell me about his experiences in the war before he died. What an eye opening experience! I am lucky to be here!

Tell Your Dog I Said Hi :
My dad was a Vietnam vet with ptsd. He also died in my arms last November. I watched him take his last breaths. I don’t think I can listen to this song again anytime soon. But it is so powerful and beautiful. ❤️🩹
