@mommy.cleaner3: This has been an ongoing struggle for me ever since I found out I had thyroid disease. It makes it really hard to get through my day and I have a very physical job. I’m lucky though that when I’m with my son, I feel like I can do a lot and get things done. But I want to have more energy. I don’t want feel like this. Please leave comments. Anything would help me right now #creatorsearchinsights #momlife #help #health #thyroiddisease

I have graves (hyper) I understand this so much, I've been overmedicated into hypo and oh God it's painful. Places I didnt even know could hurt, hurt. I am so sorry. My biggest advice is to 1- rest when you need to, we wouldnt tell a diabetic to push through when their levels are off. <-I know, easier said than done. 2- get your labs checked now, TSH, Free T3 and free t4, this will give YOU, not a doctor, an actual number for your own individual range. I've been told, but you're within range, but for me to feel well my t4 has to be slightly elevated not within range. Stay on top of your labs, especially when you feel off. You dont even need an order you can go to most labs and self order. 3- find a doctor that listens (impossible, I know) 4- save ALL of your thyroid meds, this saves my ass when I'm way too hyper I double up. 5- listen to your body, you can feel the shift, you can feel a crash coming and the earlier you can detect it, the better. And dont let a doctor make you wait for weeks or months to be seen. This is urgent, and important. ❤️

I had thyroid storm after my first baby was born, lot of stress. My Mom was died when baby was 15 weeks old, my thyroid (pretty much that day) said we are done, and I was severely hypo. At my annual check up my PCP found it, I thought I was truly dying. Get to your doctor for labs. Maybe ask if they can check you more consistently because you could be swinging up and down and they might be catching you in the middle.

Have they tested your free T3? Not your total T3 but your free T3. If not, that could very easily be the issue.

Honestly, I feel like I’m at the point where I have to do a career change. It makes me really sad, but I feel like my body is just not capable of doing this as much as I used to do. And I had problems even before.

if you aren't feeling well you're not on the right dosage of thyroid meds. you should go in for labs and an adjustment message your Dr they can usually just order labs for a quick pop in and call to follow up
