@desifoodvibes14: Chicken Karahi 🍗🔥✨ Ingredients: Chicken – 500 g Oil – as required Tomato – 5 small (cut into halves) Crushed ginger garlic – 1 tbsp Salt – to taste Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds – 1 tbsp Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp Chilli flakes – ½ tbsp Fresh coriander leaves – a handful Green chilli – as required Method: Heat oil in a kadhai and add 500 g chicken. Fry for a few minutes until it changes color. Add 5 small tomatoes (cut into halves). Cover and cook until the tomatoes become soft. Remove the lid and mash the tomatoes well using a spoon. Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic, then add salt, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, ½ tbsp black pepper powder, and ½ tbsp chilli flakes. Mix well and bhuno the masala until the oil starts to separate. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
