I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with KIKO Milano. While I was in France, I purchased a number of KIKO Milano products as souvenirs for my friends and family, with the intention of having each item engraved with their names. Unfortunately, the French store I visited did not provide engraving services at that location. However, the staff assured me that I could bring the products and my purchase receipt to any other KIKO Milano store that offers engraving, and they would be able to engrave them. Today, I visited the KIKO Milano store in Covent Garden, London, with all of my products and the original receipt. To my surprise, I was told that they could not engrave the items because they were not purchased from their store. I politely explained what I had been told by the staff in France and even offered to pay for the engraving service if necessary. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I felt that I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. The experience was very upsetting and left me feeling disappointed as a loyal customer. I specifically purchased a large number of KIKO Milano products because I was informed that I could have them engraved at another branch. I hope KIKO Milano Headquarters can clarify the company’s policy regarding engraving services across different stores and help resolve this matter. More importantly, I hope future customers receive consistent information and are treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to your response and hope this issue can be resolved.
