The reason why she can’t sell the home is nobody’s buying homes at that age level anymore in Florida. A lot of retirees are leaving Florida and they’re coming to places like North Carolina are they’re going to other cheaper areas of the country because they can’t afford to live there anymore, especially in HOA so there are a lot of homes. The senior citizens have put up for sale in HOA’s that nobody’s buying. Her father gave her that home and his will for her to live in if she tries to sell behind their people there that had their homes up for sale in Florida for over a year cause nobody’s moving to Florida and the people that are living in Florida can’t afford to buy homes so she is stuck where she is because of what’s going on in Florida like I said the older population of Florida is leaving Florida. She will put that if she puts up the hang for sale. She’ll do it at a loss and the pain will be up for sale for months and months and months cause this is happening all over Florida cause nobody’s moving

I have always been told that I’m mature for my age when I was 25 I lived in a community where all my neighbors were over the age of 65. Some people are actually mature and discriminating upon age is not OK.
