Anyone remember when Minister McKenzie complained that the local government ministry sent the Westmoreland Municipal Council J$70M for the construction of the concrete bases to facilitate the construction of the modular houses for hurricane victims (and they delayed the construction of the concrete bases until Minister McKenzie threatened that they return the money)??? These people are dangerous🧐😬😳
