But there’s another approach that’s easier to build, easier to maintain, and already has access to everything you’ve been doing inside Claude. Claude Cowork. Instead of stitching together complex agent frameworks, you delegate complete pieces of work. You give Claude access to the right project, the right Skills, the right plugins, and the right context. Then you hand it an outcome. Research this market. Review this contract. Build this feature. Analyze these financials. Create this content strategy. The difference is context. Every Project already contains your documents, instructions, and previous work. Skills encode repeatable expertise. Plugins extend what Claude knows how to do. Together they become a system that improves over time instead of another prompt you have to rewrite next week. (Anthropic) This is where I think people miss the opportunity. They’re trying to build autonomous agents from scratch when Claude already gives you the pieces to create reliable knowledge work systems with far less effort.
