@charleybournetruecrime: The Horrific Case Of Marcy West 💔 Police showed up to Kevin West’s house on the 23rd January 2024. His wife Marcy had passed away under suspicious circumstances - this was Marcy West, just 48. The pair came across as a great couple - Kevin had worked as a fire-fighter and Marcy was just the most amazing mum to their two adult children Megan and Ted West. Just before 4:30 a.m. on 8th january, a call came into emergency services from Kevin, explaining his wife had had a seizure and stopped breathing. They initially thought it was a horrific, accidental tragedy. But her autopsy came back as inconclusive. And some concerned calls came in to investigators, stating that the couple had financial and relationship issues and advising they looked into this as a crime investigation.. The second autopsy results were harrowing, and showed this was a serious crime. Turns out Kevin had been to a lawyer to seek advice about a divorce.. and when he didn’t like the financial implications, he plotted to commit a crime. He’d even been hiding his mistress/girlfriend Cynthia Ward in the garage of his home when police came to interview him. There was some damning evidence found in the form of letters between the pair and Kevin was found guilty of the horrific crime.
