Story timeee: the party description said we weren’t going to be in the water! Just outside doing face paint/ glitter tattoos…. mermaid tails are very expensive, and since this wasn’t mine, I took every precaution to make sure nothing could get on the tail (tampon and period undies) well when we got there the kids wanted us in the pool and the mom was soooooo excited to see us swim 😁 I avoided it for as long as possible and hopped in for the last 10 minutes. it’s basically like fake snow and immediately inflated. When I got out i immediately asked for a towel to put around my waist so the kids didn’t see and was promptly carried out✨✨✨ no blood or fake snow was able to escape my tail. The end.

this happens to pads too obviously...i only know that because...well let's say a girl in my class wasn't well versed in the fact that she shouldn't be wearing a pad for swimming classes 😀 I am still traumatized.
