love the conversation going on with your midwife. It is all about informed consent and feeling like your provider is only offering REASONABLE augmentations. When we trust our providers and they don't just throw every medication and intervention at you, it can be easier to say yes to their recommendations because you know they truly feel it'll help. I, as a doula, definitely agree that membrane sweep and active management for placental delivery is a very good option for twin births. 💕
