You just inadvertently described the issue with balance beads, they aren’t affective at low speeds so you will feel a wobble until your speed increases beyond a certain threshold. That’s why utilizing balancing weights are far superior and overall a better idea.

My work charge £5 for a balance, and it takes less than 15 minutes. I feel like the effort and hassle here is a bit unnecessary

you have horizontal rotations, thats not the same as vertical rotations like a car wheel.

balance beads have been a thing for decades. we use them on the work trucks all the time. they do work. we get like 100-110kilometers from a set using them. the only downside is sometimes the beads get stuck in the air valves when you take the cap off the let air out lol. put some air in and it blows them out the stem tho and it's fine after that

Also, I just realized something if you just put balls in the car to stop it from wobbling his example is the tire be straight up which means you don’t got the tires. I’m not straight up. It’s a vertical which means all the beads just gonna go to lobby.
