EAAAAT AND DRINK YOUR WATER. i’m 16 and i’ve suffered from ana & mia since 9, and i can tell you, not eating does NOT work. it makes you look worse. it takes a LOT of time to glow up and find your personal style, and confidence plays a huge role in beauty!!

to all the young girlies TRUST ME just wait until you’re 19-20. don’t get surgery until you’re around your 30s TRUST ME. your face goes through many many changes especially for girls until your mid 20s in terms of hormones etc let your body settle down and let your facial features settle down too
