lemme differ with you on that cz I tried,,,I had 150k in shares and annual dividends was 15k after 12 months,,,so I decided to build two single rooms for rentals and every month I get 5k for the two rooms that's approximately 60k per year so basically it's way better if one can invest rather than shares,,,

skatai mambo na shares but lets say i buy shares worth 2.9 m na ni buy kplc shares which is 20.4 sh per share thats 145000 shares,end yr dividends per share ni 0.8 sh which wen u times is 116000 ,dont forget thats for a calendar yr..so per month divide 12..to get 9500. is that worth it surely.its only worthy if yu sell your shares mayb after yrs,,thats lucrative..but i need monthly or daily cashfow,,shares if yu invest big and forget it yu earn later and leverage your funds and have not included tax
