My biggest pet peeve is not perfecting the taste of the drinks. Most coffee shops I’ve been to aren’t good, yet they are charging $7+ and the coffee tastes like muddy water. My next peeve is not serving any food items at all. I need a pastry at least please 😊.

I’m going to go a different route from most of these comments, since you’ve had a coffee truck for a year so you’ve got product covered. For a physical location, parking is important. Comfy seating near outlets for charging phones. DO NOT price yourself out of business by trying to cater to everyone’s desires. Online ordering is good if you can do it with a reliable platform, but if you can’t, then don’t do curbside delivery. Drive thru sounds cool, but finding a building already set up for that is hard, and it requires more staff. Do a rewards program OR something for county employees, but not both. You can’t discount for everyone. (I’d recommend the loyalty program. Repeat customers should get perks.) my mom had a completely different business, but what we learned from her is you have to take steps to grow. Don’t try everything at once.

Honestly, i dont go to coffee shops because they assume im some sort of barista coffee snob that knows exactly what i want and what everything on the menu is. And when they find out im not that person im treated like ignorant trash. i have yet to have a good, friendly, HELPFUL experience in any coffee shop ive been to.

Torani or monin syrups….. that people can buy for themselves!!! homemade is always better, but I understand that isn’t always feasible so at least consider a bottled brand like 1883 or Holy Kakow that is way better quality

Not enough signage or information on what’s inside the beverages offered. Everyone doesn’t know all the ins and outs about coffee/drink types and it can be confusing on what to order. Ex) Americano or a macchiato

Open on Sundays! I know some need rest on Sundays but I also work 2 jobs and everything is closed by the time I’m off and Sundays are my go out days!
