I don't believe its the face that didn't translate to well into 3D. But rather her hair ribbons. In 2D her ribbons seem to be a little more "wild" and flow around her more. While in 3D they seemed to be almost glued into her hair make it look a little off.

-Weirdly disproportionate face -The ribbons are more free flowing in the 2D -Expression (?) -Hair that came out of nowhere at the sides, the 2D shows her ears and has thin frame hair. Her 3d model frame hair hides her ears -She has significantly more hair in terms of volume in the 3D model compared to 2D Personally I would want her head to be a little bigger but this is just preference. She might get tweaks when she releases in-game considering they've done that to Miyabi as well
