As a mother of 3 boys. I encourage my children to cry and let it out. Don’t let it build up. That’s where the bitterness, tiredness, frustration, hatred etc… it comes from this. When I see my boys not showing emotion because “men are not supposed to cry” it sad. Whoever said this isn’t normal of a man. It’s not true! You need to express and decompress just like anyone to stay mentally and emotionally stable, strong enough to handle what comes at you.
