Here’s a real question hopefully it’ll get answered because I’m really serious about this as a person who eats a lot of fish. I grew up by the ocean. I don’t really do beef. My body does not digest beef. This is real shit. I’m talking so is fish not a source of protein as well? I mean, does it have to be red meat because I’m not really a fan of red meat?

The issue is my LDL is getting higher, although my triglycerides is normal also my HDL is normal. Am i alright!! I eat only meat & eggs with butter. I eat not carb nor sugar.
