Allah is just, he knows who are bound jannah and jahannam and he could just dirrectly send us there after creating us but he want us to be witnesses of our own actions

I studied that the Day of Judgement doesn't happen yet, but Allah knows everything that will happen. Allah shows to our prophet Muhammad pbuh what will happen in the future. Allah knows where the humans will end up , but humans make their choices.

Be careful. If you literally mean that the Day of Qiyamah has already happened, then this contradicts the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah. If someone knowingly rejects that Qiyamah is still in the future after the proof has been established, then that is disbelief (kufr). I advise you to study this issue with a knowledgeable scholar and clarify what you mean. May Allah guide us all.

When speaking with certainty in Arabic you’ll usually refer to what you’re saying as past tense. So no the day of judgement hasn’t happened but it surely will. May Allah have mercy on us that day.
