Cheesy Beefaroni This easy comfort meal is made in one skillet and is so perfectly cheesy! 🤍 Ingredients: Beef 1 lb ground beef ½ yellow onion, diced 1.5 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 (8 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping) 2.5 cups dry macaroni noodles 1½ cups beef broth 8 oz tomato sauce ½ cup half and half 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp ketchup ½ beef bouillon cube Seasoning (mix together) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp parsley ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt ½ beef bouillon cube (I use Knorr’s) Directions: 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked. Drain excess grease and stir in half of the seasoning. 2. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the flour and tomato paste. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thick and combined. 3. Pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce, half and half, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 4. Slowly sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. 5. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until fully coated. Add the remaining seasoning. 7. Top with extra cheese, cover for a minute to melt, and serve warm. Tips: Shred your cheese fresh from the block for the smoothest sauce. Don’t skip the mustard—it adds that classic tang and balances the richness. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of pasta water or broth to loosen it. #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #comfortfood #quickrecipes #easydinner
