False equivalence fallacy to the take at hand, a lot of white people online have expressed how when black people do something it’s perceived as cooler hence why a lot of AAVE terms that black people started usuing ended up being used by white people usually months later, and most “streetwear” trends are just derived straight up from what black people wear or wore.
