Can’t believe that police officers are allowed into the ER or at your hospital bed unless someone is under arrest upon arrival or being suspected of DUI then there’s no place to interview patients Any attorney would rip them to shreds as the patient could be pumped full of medication

always fight the tickets... you do have a chance that the cop will not show up in court and even if they do in a situation like this that they did not witness the accident or the driving so they have no case...

this is standard procedure for police. They will ticket all ppl in the accident for the accident. If u can prove you didn’t cause the wreck, fight the ticket and show it in court. Should get thrown out. Also i’m not a lawyer so if u chose the ladder pls seek actual legal advice.
