Pulling onto the beach at the ocean getting out and folding out my camp chair and feeling the breeze and seeing and hearing the waves and looking out as far as I can see is so moving and calming and it all puts me in a very spiritual place.

I had pulmonary emboli. Both lungs with clots. I dropped like a stone and all I remember was my head inside a box and it was all white. I had died but came back. Doctors couldn’t figure out how I survived. It is amazing what goes thru your head.
