@tpcanmike: Kelowna Hero Alert A local man named Craig Friestad is being hailed as a hero after a wild poolside confrontation in West Kelowna. According to reports and video from the scene at Westrich Bay apartments, things started over a pool floaty… then escalated when one guy allegedly flashed a gun. Craig stepped in, knocked the armed man out, disarmed him, and also took down the man’s girlfriend in the process.Police responded in force.
