I was diagnosed with stage 2 19 years ago. In case it helps, if I could go back in time I would walk more often for shorter time. I would give it six months plus to truly heal and feel the benefit. I would’ve always stayed with hormonal suppression to hold it back. I would have had fewer follow up surgeries - they found little and in the end the scarring caused me more issues. Having my babies was the best. I did feel lucky and I wanted them and they gave me symptom free total of 8 years!! I would also book refitting of my iud in advance. If also push when the referral wait was long so they didn’t lose me. I’d have gotten them to follow up the histology of my appendix 19 years later when it went. 😁 Best of luck with your journey
