Stage 4 girlie! I will say I LOVEEEEEE my rebrelief heating pad so much I want the weighted version. It’s huge and covers the front and back, heats up to level 10, and the timer goes for 24 hours. Other than that, I take unethical amounts of pain relief meds and cry. 😭

I was told this by my gastroenterologist about meditation and yoga, for the “abdominal migraines” he said I had all through my 20s!! I was finally referred to another department and diagnosed with POTS and EDS, and living in black mold was making me violently sick.
