absolute respect to all that fella cause ya right if he genuinely does look after his men the way you speak of then this is very very rare i also have been doin this for 26 yrs love the job and have earnt a great reputation yet i can honestly say iv only ever worked for x2 people that may even actually care about the men that break their bks to earn a wage and build the company. when this is the case and its a 2 way relationship then the men will always give blood sweat and tears unless they b wrong ens.
