@moreperfectunion: On April 13, the Dunwoody City Council voted unanimously to approve a one-year $15,000 Flock Safety contract. But according to Dunwoody, GA resident Jason Hunyar, Flock employees have allegedly been watching the camera feeds of local pools, libraries, and children’s gymnasiums. Dunwoody’s JCC had shared their cameras with the police under the agreement access was only for emergency incidents. Flock Safety’s website states that “nobody from Flock Safety is assessing or monitoring your footage.” Yet Hunyar allegedly found that Flock’s VP for strategic relations and business development accessed the city’s footage over 185 times. And on Sep 30, 2025, he logged into the children’s gymnastic room at the JCC and didn't look at any other cameras all day.
