@melrobbins: The real impact of hot flashes goes far beyond feeling hot. Dr. Sharon Malone is a board-certified OB-GYN, one of the most trusted medical experts in women’s health, and has been in clinical practice for nearly 40 years. While not every woman who experiences hot flashes will develop cardiovascular issues, it's important to pay attention to your symptoms and the signals your body is sending you. In this episode of The Mel Robbins Podcast, Dr. Malone explains why hot flashes are more than just an inconvenient symptom of menopause, how they can impact your sleep, heart health, and long-term well-being, and why hormone replacement therapy may be worth discussing with your doctor. Stay tuned - this episode drops Thursday July 23rd! 🎧 “The Women’s Hormone Health Episode for Every Age: Take Control of Your Body & Feel Amazing”

My mother was kept on Estrogen until age 70. She had osteoporosis, as do I. She ended up with Stage 4 gallbladder cancer from estrogen too long in life.
