And they don’t use the same one at all the places they go to, or they randomly hyphenate sometimes, and then I can’t find their chart and they get all mad because their test results don’t share to other doctors (whose staff also can’t find them, because in spite of all their names, they have the same DOB as 7 other people in their zip code)
